About the event
We’re thrilled to invite you to the first-ever online screening of Rave On for the Avon — a joyous, defiant documentary about a community fighting to protect their river. Hosted by Finisterre (St Agnes) and Surfers Against Sewage, the screening will be followed immediately by a live Q&A with director Charlotte Sawyer and experts from SAS.
“This film is about love. The love people have for our rivers, and the love they experience in return. It cuts through the infuriating statistics and reminds us why protecting them matters.”
A YouTube link and password will be shared after ticket purchase.
The screening and Q&A will be available to registered viewers for 24 hours.
Q: Is this live?
A: The film will be streamed at 7pm and the Q&A is live immediately following the screening. We will take one or two questions from the comments.
Q: How do I watch?
A: Register on this page. Registered viewers will receive the private stream link and password by email before the event. The stream is hosted on Surfers Against Sewage’s YouTube channel.
Q: Can I watch later?
A: Yes — the screening + Q&A replay will be available to registrants for 24 hours after the event.
